Cobh Project
Cobh
The feeling of light and space in this Cobh redesign is striking. Formerly a traditional 1970s bungalow, we fitted 13 metres of window space on the ground floor and added a second storey boasting harbour views. The colour scheme used throughout the home blends seamlessly with the design while complementing the abundant natural light. Our team and the client were delighted with this upgrade, especially as we added over 1000 sq ft of space and went from a D1 to an A2 BER.

Fountainstown Project
Fountainstown
This beach house in Fountainstown required a full renovation. We demolished the original structure and rebuilt an inviting home full of character. Our team wanted to maintain some original features while making the best use of the space available. The seaside home now incorporates ocean views and this energy flows throughout the space. A beautiful relocation for this family that truly makes the most of its surroundings.

Ballinlough Project
Ballinlough
A remodelling project is great for injecting some luxury and imagination into your existing home. This period build in Ballinlough incorporates smart contemporary design while retaining its original doors and hardwood floors. Glass walls and doors really opened up this kitchen and living area creating a feeling of space around you. A rich colour scheme coupled with the striking black of the kitchen add to the luxury of the home. We always advise our clients to consider a remodel first as it is a fun and effective way of achieving your dream home.

Midleton Project
Midleton
Renovating a listed building on a floodplain could ring alarm bells for many contractors but not Sigma Homes. Our clients grew up in this traditional Irish cottage, but in recent years it was vacant and in a state of disrepair. After creating a design that raised the floor level to overcome flooding and satisfied the planners, we turned this project around in just 18 weeks. Based on a courtyard layout, we brought together the original cottage with a new outbuilding bringing the total size from 900 to almost 1800 sq. ft. With a mix of materials, the vaulted ceilings and traditional and contemporary fittings this is a truly unique home in a great location..
